Hello,

I am only here because I am banned and am taking the time to write an appeal because I wasn't hacking to begin with and the moderator who banned me got it all wrong. I was banned on the Vanilla Minecraft only server for hacking (first offense) by lordyhgm.

I think last I checked I had over 50hrs on the server. That seems like quite a lot to come back to that same server to cheat. If I was actually cheating I wouldn't be here trying to appeal it. I actually don't mind the server and it is one of my favorites to play on.

I would love to see how the case was made against me because a few maps earlier I was also slain for RDM by lordyhgm which shouldn't have been warranted. I am not trying to bash him as I understand the mindset of a being a moderator, but it seemed as if he didn't look at the case at all.

I am sorry to even be at this point of writing an appeal. If you guys have any questions or concerns I want to know as I am now waiting 30 days until I am unbanned. Thank you.​

Evidence of Innocence:

I have over 1,000 hours in Garry's Mod and over 2,000 hours in CS:GO. I have been a staff member for three different TTT servers in my time span. There is a difference between hacking and skill. If I wanted to cheat I would have made a separate account or something instead of playing on my main or more than likely have a vac ban somewhere, which I don't.

All you can really do is take my word for it. I have no reason to cheat. I know I am good at being a traitor. I have played multiple times on the server and this is the first time it has come up.​

I am not sure where "no recoil" came into that. That is how a mac 10 can shred through people when they are standing still and I am clearly trying to aim for their heads. The only one that looks vaguely weird is the guy that I shot up the last time I jumped into the traitor trap. If I had no recoil the person on the roof that I killed wouldn't have taken me that long. I have already divulged that I have played this game for a long time and am no stranger to spray patterns. I am also aware of the registry for hits in this game. I was feeling good about that round. I'd say based off this demo it looked like I had a good round. I would have also rather you banned me right there and then if this is what you are basing it off, and not have waited however long later, but that is ok.
