Reason For Report:

Someone was a traitor and was shooting people so I go down and find him . I watch him and he kills another one right in front of me and I kill him. So someone decides to shoot me so I kill him. Then Penguin came and saw that I killed an innocent so he decides to kill me. So I report him and he handled his own report and didn't give himself a slay. So I tell him that it is kinda fucked up that he didn't give himself a slay. His response is that I killed an innocent so therefor he can kill me. But infact the case is that I was proven and someone tried to rdm me so I kill the person trying to rdm me. Thus meaning that he rdmed and should deserve a slay. There's evidence of my calling him out for it and responding.​

Hello! We already had quite a bit of discussing about this and thought you grasped it.

When we have no other mods on we don't have any other choice than to do it ourselves. But the main point here, as you even said yourself, "Penguin came and saw that I killed an innocent." Which in our rule book, killing an innocent is KOSable. It doesn't matter if you are proven.

Which indeed, his reason was that you killed an innocent. Killing an innocent is a T-act if I recall, no? I believe it is. You killed an innocent, yes it was in self defense but killing an innocent is still killing an innocent. Just as killing a Detective, self defense or not, is still a traitorous act.

Just my two cents. Penguin probably has more to say about it.

You killed an innocent. Patronus watched you kill an innocent. Killing an innocent person is a traitorous action. You can be killed for traitorous actions. This is not RDM.
