I mean I'm not the brightest crayon in the tool shed but I can see this is him just on a different account.

 

It's not even that hard. Account hopping is super easy. I think he just wants attention

 

im not going to provide with any personal info just to prove its two different people
tell me im wrong but i dont think im breaking any rules, unless you people being unable to grasp the fact that there can in fact be more than 1 players on the same ip

 

You have to admin that when it's two ppl sharing the same ip it's odd that one win the others giveaway twice

 

Alright now that you are talking on your normal account, you don't have to provide it to us all, just an admin + to make sure the "account funnily enough with the same IP" is actually not you, and you don't really have to provide nothing personal.

 

I’ll just close and “finish” this, at this point it’s best for this to be investigated in a private manner.

 

Both users have indeed proven that the accounts are owned by two separate users.

Was the giveaway rigged? Probably. But like nearly every other giveaway, there's no way for us to indeed prove that.
