Only exception really is if opal/highwon pause/extend the vip+, in that case you would have your remaining days of vip+ after elite
This has to be done manually and usually only after a few days have passed from buying the VIP+, not weeks like here. There really should be an automatic system to pause your VIP+ and Gold when you receive Elite though.
