He even admitted that it was so shortlived he doesn't remember. There are multiple people constantly saying n*gger and he's doing nothing about that.

Also, the mods are constantly saying that I was 'singing' which is gag-gable, but it literally says you have to be spamming to be gagged. Also every single time I've been gagged it's because I was saying the quote from the jihad sound, which saying once, isn't spamming​

Hello. I'll be reviewing this once my moderator has presented his evidence. Do keep in mind singing can be considered microphone spam.

Yeah I know, but he even said it himself, I mumbled only Mortal Kombat and got muted for a round. I understand that someone should be muted for singing but I really doubt me humming "Mortal Kombat" while someone is also simultaneously spamming it with a jihad deserves for me to get gagged for a round.

 

Based on the protocol you would be gagged for an entire round if this is the second time. Don't get me wrong it's good to have fun and have a few laughs, however there is a limit to it and at some points (this part is up to the discretion of the staff online at the time), can be considered disruptive to the normal flow of gameplay and action may be taken. In this case if you had mic spammed two times, you would be gagged for an entire round.

 

Saying/humming 2 words isn't warranted as spam. I understand where you're coming from, just wanted to clarify.

 

Usually if a player has been warned before and is very clearly told to stop with that kind of behavior, they may not be so nice a second time and may be more firm with their actions a second time.

 

I got muted the first time because I sneezed and accidentally hit alt (my push to talk key) and had no one tell me anything about why that was a good reason to mute me or to stop what I did. Also off-topic, but if someone scams me out of 300 points is that against the rules, and if so what are the punishments? (Accidentally killed a T buddy on a killing spree, offered points for him not to report me, he accepted, then reported me and talked alot of trash)

 

I don't believe that was with Bubonic was it? If not you can always find them and ask their appropriate authority figure. However they will always explain it to you in the warning they give or if you ask why you were gagged.

And to answer your second question we really have no punishment for scamming for points. Next time there's no need to give him points for it, as we report the damages anyways, so even if he didn't report you and kept his promise, you'd still face punishment.

You mention being muted for a moment because of sneezing into the mic, I believe this was prior to me coming onto the server. First gag was for singing, and I got it pretty quickly after you started making sure to warn not to sing. The second time around was for humming the mortal kombat theme song and again I only let you get a short bit in before I gagged you. I would like to highlight a couple of parts of our

. Singing is irrelevant and I heavily enforce the rule when it comes to this. We are not here to listen to random people sing, we are here to play TTT. If you were dead at the time I would have been a little more lenient but both times you were alive and potentially making it hard to hear relevant voice communication and because of that I try to gag people as soon as they start singing.

Hi @Scuter , do you have any more questions or concerns before I give you a final verdict here?

 

1. You telling me to stop after round gagging me doesn't count as a warning
2. I wasn't playing music through the mic
3. It was relevant because someone just used it during a jihad

Honestly it wasn't bothering someone, just because a rule is a rule doesn't mean it's right. By your standards saying 2 words 3 times warrants an 8 hour ban, which is total bullshit. Staff need to really chill out and not nearly ban a player for saying 4 words. Also neither you or I remember why I was gagged the first time, so you can't say you gagged me preemptively when it was so minor that you can't even remember, nor can I. You still have no proof of giving me a warning after I got the warning gag, I could have assumed that it was a mistake because you gagged and instantly ungagged.

Next time take more than half a second to evaluate whether someone is being nuisance or not, cause it can get pretty ironic.

 

Hey, Scuter. Thank you for taking the time to file a report against my moderator, @Bubonic . Times like these are crucial to being able to properly assess and understand our staff, as well as being able to correct them if something wrong has occurred.

After reviewing all evidence present, this report will be invalid.

Just to go through your reasoning and concerns here:

Bubonic is not required in any way, shape or form, to warn you on your second offense not to mic/chat spam. It is only on the first, as seen here, is he required per protocol to warn you not to continue with such behavior.

You don't need to be playing music through your mic to be able to sing, or mimic any sounds in order to come off in such a way. Bubonic considered it mic spam and acted accordingly.

By relevant, it is intended to refer to relevant to TTT-based conversation, and not singing/humming references from items on the servers. So for example some relevant in-game knowledge would be KOSing players, gathering in-game information, or just small talk/banter in the dead chats. Your singing/humming isn't needed and can easily be considered microphone spam.

Overall, @Bubonic has followed and completed all steps of protocol required, and is not found guilty in any way, shape, or form.
