Why you should be unbanned:

I activated a TNT minecart. It killed 3 people. 2 of them were fellow traitors. Apparently I was supposed to warn them, but I have not seen any evidence of this being in the extended rules. I was then banned for mass rdm because my TNT cart killed an innocent as well. The mod in question was Dark Shiny. In short I was banned for killing an innocent WHEN I WAS A TRAITOR.​

Clearly he would be bias and defend his own decision? id like this handled my someone else.

 

He's the one with the evidence and would be the only one suited to do this appeal, I'm afraid he is the only option.

As you can see from these images, you didn't warn before activating the t-trap. Thus, you are responsible for all the kills you made. They were all traitors, not innocents, as you can see from the 3rd picture.
