Why you should be unbanned:

Temar banned me for having a "porn" spray. there was no warning to me whatsoever. the spray was an anime girls face. and she said "dick". saying the word "dick" does not violate any of the spray rules. I feel like Temar is taking his power for advantage aswell. i wont use the spray again if it causes problems.​

As you can see here, I asked you to change your spray due to it being borderline/disturbing. This is a fair warning in my book as I proceed to tell you why you should change it after you asked me why.

Yes we were on West at the time. Map changed happened and I waited for you to join the map so I could explain to you why I asked you to change the spray. Which validates why I asked you to change your spray. In the third screenshot I would say that's my official warning for you to change your spray because it was disturbing/borderline.

Additional I would not be able to Psay you on the server if you weren't on the server.

Like stated above, I would not able to PM/Psay to you in the server if you were not in the server at time. However, you were in the server at time and that's why after map changed when joined I could still PM you. If you were not on the server, I would not be able to PM/Psay to you to answer your question which would of been my official warning. You were still in the server after map change, you never left, you were still just loading in.

Your spray I pronounced as disturbing, because it seemed to look like her face may have been covered sexual fluids. Also, it spoke sexually with the writing within the spray.

first of all " sexual fluids" is sweat, have you never read manga? and "speaking sexually" is not porn. ive seen plenty of people use "sexually speaking" sprays and not get a ban. if i was still loading in, as you said, i would not have been able to see the message. and if you did count the warning, the warning was hours before this incident. persay a person who has been spamming, gets a warning then a mute then a kick then a ban. but if that person were to be kicked (warned in my situation) and have them join again a couple hours later and do the same thing, the mod would, again warn then mute then kick the player. i see this as no difference. for example darkmage. did exactly what i just said. if anyone can say it is disturbing then i find many sprays disturbing. ive seen furry porn and very revealing sprays, but they dont get a ban? and if you do find something disturbing, make sure it goes an=gainst the rules, last time i checked you arent admin. "porn" and now "disturbing" disturbing is something that makes you anxious or worried. example: threat gore, vore, revealing sprays(which mine did not consist of) and unless oyu are a child 14 or under, i dont believe that spray worried or made you anxious.
