Why you should be unbanned:

West 2 went down as I was working through a RDM report, which was false to begin with, and thus my account was banned automatically.

As for the RDM report, it occurred after I witnessed an individual shoot and kill a player without a KOS report, therefore I assumed he was a T and killed him, only to find out he was shooting a Traitor without telling anyone why he was doing it. The player was mad about this but it wasn't grounds for a slay.​

Thanks for appealing your ban from EU1 for RDM & Leave 2nd offense. Your ban was a result of the damage you caused by throwing an incen.

As you can see, you caused quite a bit of damage from that incen you threw as an innocent. Moreover, this did not occur on West, nor did the server crash, nor was there a report to begin with. You simply left after you died that round. I'll give you a chance to respond here.

Ok now I understand what happened, as the server crashed it tried to hop me over to EU, so the ban message appeared while I still thought I was on West 2. However I don't remember the exact circumstances of the incend incident, and therefore have nothing to comment unless it was the round where I misclicked and sent one without noticing. Either way I apologize for the misunderstanding, and have no reason to appeal the EU ban.

 

Last question, was the ban from today? Or was this a previous incident because today (Dont remember on which server) I threw an incend into light house because a T was in it, and some Innos got damaged.

 

Also what map was it on? That would help me.

Honestly I have no idea what happened I barely play on the MC servers. I have no reason to refute the ban then.

 

Since you haven't given me a reason why you had thrown an incen as an innocent and then left, I will go ahead and deny this appeal. You're free to play on any other servers besides EU1. But, do keep in mind that the next time you do RDM & Leave, it will be your third offense and that is a severe ban. I'd ask the staff online with @ chat whether you're OK to leave or not. If you really need to leave for a strict situation, you should also let the staff know and maybe they can work something out.
