3 or 4 total or per person? If total, that's an extremely low amount, and prevents how Ts would like to play If per person, the average T doesn't plant 3 C4s in a game, let alone at the same time. The only time this occurs is at the end of the round when they have a bunch of credits, and at that point, most of the Ts are dead anyway btw, if you actually can't get away from them, then the innocents can't either, and you win anyway, so why would a limit matter? To make it harder for Ts to win?
Again instead of making a limit on them entirely, whynot make a limit on them placed at one time. So say 3/4 c4s are planted, you can’t plant another til 1 of the 3/4 blow up. It keeps them unlimited for everyone just limited on how can be placed for a small amount of time
