So, I've been talking about this scenario in the shoutbox to see the staff member's perspective but they keep saying different things. I just want to know if this is a justifiable slay. I was on one of the TTT server's and a gunfight erupted I'm not sure how but it happen, I was in the middle of the whole thing. I'm not sure if I was shot or not I honestly forgot because of everything that just unfolded in front of me, I ran somewhere to hide for cover so I wouldn't get killed. I then came out and was still processing what just happen and kosed then killed @rhodesam94, because he was the only guy who survived the whole thing and I wasn't sure who I was shot by if I was shot. I jumped to conclusion and killed him then was reported by him. His report said I rdm'ed him and my response said "I saw you kill someone in front of me" I was then slayed for rdm. I think me killing him is what anyone who have done if you saw him apart of the gunfight as well, and all the bodies were innocent.(I wasn't really checking the side of my screen, so don't quote me on this) I then asked the mod who slayed me @FaeThorn why and, he said something like he didn't kill anyone I did, then told me to talk to @Tybe because he had to go. I made this thread so I can see what people have to say, so I can know if me getting slayed was justifiable after a cluster fuck like that went down.
Yes this is a completely justifiable slay. You RDMed someone by killing them based on the assumption that they shot people when you never actually saw them shoot anyone. This is the textbook definition of RDM.
I did see him shoot someone, I assumed that he didn't since the mod slayed me and didn't warn the other guy. I then asked rhod and he told me that he did indeed shoot someone.
Hey when i got the report i watch DS you saw the guy walked around the corner then killed him i investigated further to find out he never killed anyone that round thus not filling out what you said in your response so i slayed you for it also in DS if it showed him commit any traitors acts i would have not slayed you hope this clears any misunderstandings
As I said already I did see him shoot someone. And Fae did you watch the death scene with that hold gun fight or just me coming from the corner killing him?
So I don't have probable cause to kill him even though he shot someone? And just because I didn't know who shot me I was spooked and it was clearly confusion anyone would see that. That's when you ask an admin if you can use discretion, it was an honest mistake and you should of seen that I didn't do it to be malicious.
