Explain the case:

So I have been banned twice on serious gmod servers. I didn't appeal to the first ban since I didn't care much actually thought it was funny I got banned for hacking, this was done by a mod named Milo, cant remember the date. The second time I got banned was also for "hacking", this was done by an admin that goes by Christmas on 14/12/2017. I'm just looking for an unban considering that there's no proof.​

Banned you for the following video. I'll let my admin @Christmas decided on whether this is enough evidence. Judging by what he says I will consider whether or not to unban you.

Alrighty hello Kirby, sorry about the wait but it did take me some time to get my evidence gathered.

This is a video of what led to your ban, if you wish to skip the beginning I start spectating you at 0:16



Also, here is a screenshot of where your cursor was prior to the kill of this detective.

The detective is moving to the left of your cursor yet it still translated as a headshot. If you look back on your kills throughout the video most of the kills have that in common. Your cursor is to the side but you still land the headshot.

I find it important to note that prior to what's shown in the video you were trying to make me look at other people claiming they have hacks which- after looking into seemed to be a false claim. So it makes me wonder if you were trying to get me to investigate others instead of yourself.

After consideration with fellow staff members and an administrator, I have decided I will deny your appeal on your original ban and leave the rest of the verdict up to @Santifist and @Christmas

Thanks for appealing your ban. Unfortunately we take hacking on these servers very seriously. The videos provide sufficient proof (as confirmed by an administrator) that you were in fact hacking.
