Why you should be unbanned:

I've had a pending slay against me for RDM by moderator Yuuki. We had a conversation about the case and he sent me a link to Imgur (probably evidence). I accidentally pressed F5 because I wanted to copy the link in my console (I have my console on F5 in most games). Well, I tried to reconnect but my game started crashing so I had to restart Garry's Mod. When I wanted to re-join the server I was already banned. I tried to contact a moderator on another server, explained what happened, and they even unbanned me. I then even joined but immediately got re-banned by Yuuki for the same reason. In short; I've been slain, waited for the slay, been in the spectator mode and wanted to copy a link, pressed the wrong button and timed out. Now I'm banned, here I am to appeal my ban.​

You weren't supposed to be unbanned by the other moderator because that was not his ban to start with.

The damagelog shows also states that MR.FURRY killed me as well with the AK.

However, the deathscene shows that you did not see him kill me either.

BTW, here's something extra. I had a lead admin to review the case for me with all evidence on the table.

Furthermore, it's your third offense of RDM and Leave.

In consideration to that fact, I don't buy the story that you crashed. Prove it to me that you crash. Then I will consider unbanning you.

 

I'm not here to appeal the slay, I'm here to appeal this ban. Perhaps you misunderstood something.

How can I prove that? Well, maybe you did not fully read my ban appeal, but it wouldn't also make any sense when I leave the server and then instantly contact a moderator and then tell them that my game crashed. Does it? I don't think so.

 

The reason why you were banned because you left the server with the slay so I have to present why I have slain you.

Now again, please prove that you crashed, or I will deny this ban appeal.

Third offense of RDM and Leave shows me that you have left the server either before you can be slain or while you are being slain twice before.

 

What do you consider as a proof? If there is any way to find out logs I can provide you them.

Yup, but I did not do it on purpose. The second offense was the same as the third but just that I left during the spectator phase when I was already slain.

 

Crash log like this one would be helpful in proving such.

You can find them in your Garry's Mod folder (Steam/steamapps/common/GarrysMod/).

Alternatively, if you were recording, you can show us that your Garry's Mod was shut down.

The third option is sometimes Garry's Mod closes due to issues, which notifies people.
