Dear SeriousGMod

I was banned on Serious TTT West I FastDL I Jihad I Harpoon I Pointshop as I recieved 2 reports of RDM. I responded to both of them with something along the lines of "I finished you off, you were KOSED." Both of these people were innocent, and I was just following through as they had been KOSED and shot. Teroxa messaged me stating that the person who KOSED the first person claimed they did not call the KOS. Before I could submit my response and sort it out, the maps switched. And since I have a slow pc, it took me some time to load it. But, once it was sending client info, I recieved a ban from Teroxa for RDM and leave 1st offense. I'm quite disapointed as action was taken before I could reply, and I was more then happy to accept the consequences if I was in the wrong. If I can get unbanned, I'm happy to take the punishment and move on.

So I recieved two reports against you, as you already mentioned.

Let's talk about the first report.
I asked Salty Spacemen if he called a KOS on AUREUS.
I talked to him for a bit and he said he didn't call a KOS.

About the second report:
You said that you just "finished him off".
You didn't give any further reasons to why you shot him than just that you finished him because the 2 other guys shot him. You did not mention a KOS in your response.


From my point of view you were already on the server and then disconnected again.
Maybe you were still in the loading in on your screen.


However, I believe you that your PC is just slow and that it's not your fault.
I've unbanned you from West and voided the ban.
