I have screenies of him hacking and spamming if needed. He was already banned for Hacking 2nd offense on East 2 tho.

 

All I saw was a karma ban but I mite have missted it when I was makeing this

 

Hazard has already been banned for hacking so no punishment will be able to be issued for the chat spam. However, since he was spamming, I will go ahead and mark this report as valid.
