Why you should be unbanned:

I am banned for RDM and Leave, actually I was killed by RDMers since there were no mods on at that time and I was angered thought why people RDM me with no punishment when mods are not in the server?,so I did the same thing. BUT most importantly, that man I RDMed, I have responded him because of my RDM, and then leaved. However the top on screen says I cannot leave? WAT? I just responded why I cant leave? and I get banned just because there were no mods on the server? and for 4 weeks? I dont get it.

So pls unbanned me since it caused by no mods or admins and thank you​

I just dont understand why I should stay at the server when I have finished my reply for the report, and even get banned for weeks? Does not make sense at all, should I just wait there until Mods or Admins come and keep the status of alive, rather than spectator

 

Leaving on slay or when you have pending report is bannable, because when you come back if your not banned in prosses you dont have report so i would implore you to read rules.

 

The question is I HAVE responded that report, why I cannot leave with no mods and admins in a server? I am not gonna wait until an admin come to deal this so called "pending report" after Ive done my part.

 

Seems like this mod Opalium is too busy to deal with this pending appeal while he cannot just let me leave after I HAVE RESPOND that report, in which I also have busy things to deal with.

Alright, so. There are a few problems with what you've done here. I'll explain:

• First, revenge RDM is not something we allow or tolerate. Players should not take the law to their hands, even if the server is unstaffed. Even if someone RDMed you, this is no reason to "return the favor" and RDM them back. This only leads to more trouble.
• Second, leaving with a pending report against you: this is a risky thing to do, as you may end up being banned, like what happened here. In short, if you are found guilty, yet you are not present on the server, you will be punished with an RDM and Leave ban of the appropriate length. Therefore, it really isn't recommended to leave when you have a pending report against you.

In the case we have here, you left the server after you revenge RDMed someone. You need to understand that answering the report does not free you from any consequences that may come after that. Since you were found guilty (obviously, because that was a revenge RDM), but were no longer online - I issued the ban.

Now, unfortunately, this is not the first time you RDM and leave. In fact, only four days before this incident, you RDMed and left TWICE. After being banned twice for the same offense, we expect our players to understand their misdoings and avoid repeating them. However, as you did not do so, I see no reason to unban you.

With all this in mind, I am DENYING this appeal. You may continue playing in any of our other servers as the ban is only local to West 2.
