We've had a problem of people repeatedly clicking doors so others can't get in. Certain players do it more frequently and on purpose. There should be a rule where you aren't allowed to do that. First- warn Second- teleport Third- slay Fourth- kick
If you are a traitor, just save them for last and then plant C4 outside of the room. They either have to leave the room to defuse it, or stay and get blow up. You can then kill them as soon as they leave the room. If the door spammer is a traitor, then they will just be slain for delaying so you don't have to worry about anything.
That's not really the point being made here. It's not the act of spamming a door that's annoying, it's the part that they are disrupting gameplay, because I can't get into the room I wanted to. That room is now off limits from the map. And if they are inno they are making themselves invincible until the end, basically camping, or coming out as soon as they know they're near last alive, and ready to shoot.
this is the same as blocking. we get told who the door spammer is and i TP them, i advise other staff to do the same.
I think this should be discussed more thoroughly. We should see what the community wants. I never had a problem with door spamming and use it myself as a strategy. There has been many times when I'm a traitor that I throw a frag into a room full of innos and then spam the door so they can't escape, ultimately killing them. I feel that is an acceptable strategy.
This is exactly how i feel as well. This is helpful on maps that dont have many T traps or when you run low on creds.
