Reason For Report:

He handeled a report on aspiring wrong. Basically i reported him for out of nowhere killing me. Turns out i was next to a called out player. I thought spooderman was going to slay him, but he just finished it and left. Sadly Master Tybe was not a witness scince he says he was handling other reports. Being next to a called out player is not gba unless the player was doing traitorous acts which he wasn't at all.​

I am sorry you feel you were mistreated.

Let us just get straight into it.

I attempted to look at your deathscene, but couldn't because it seemed to be broken. I then decided to check other earlier deathscenes, but I couldn't find any where You, Dr. Bonkers, and ApiringSun were all in and where he claimed you GBA. It could have been GBA or it couldn't have. I couldn't prove it with out the ds to show me you witnessing something traitorous and not calling it out. So it turned into Word vs Word and I went up and finished the report. I am so sorry that he came to that. Unless you have any proof that you were NOT GBA, then I cannot really do anything at this point. And the leaving part, I am so sorry, I had a family issue which lead to me leaving immediately to go handle it.

No. i do not have proof but also know for sure i wasnt gba but since u couldn't do anything mark it as denied

 

Well the timing on this was completely ill fated. I will say that Death was not demoted due to this rather that he had his life to take care of and no longer could be staff.

With that said let's go into this report.

I have gotten me through the evidence here and with all of it in consideration, I will be marking this report valid against Death. GBA is Guilty by Association. The situation both described by and and the report both state that he killed you for "GBA" for standing next to a kosed player which is not a way is for you to be GBA. I learned the hard way on this situation with the previous Moderator @Guardia and @Rhienor. Death will not be talked to due to being no longer staff.
