I'll try to get straight to the point so here it is.

I was reported for "rdm'ing" a player which turned out to be a traitor. The player whom I just killed (his name was gamerpown. I might get the spelling wrong) was sniping. as he fired his first few shots everyone AT THE EXACT time said "there's a sniper shooting at us". figured out where the traitor was(from sound and because I saw the actual projectile) shooting them I rushed on the place and quickly took care of him. this is where he reported me for rdm.

I gave my response towards the report and asked if the mod in charge (I think it was "forcie" or "the good call") could clear my name out as I had to leave. he did and so, I kill myself (by jumping down )​

Evidence of Innocence:

I was told I could leave already by the mods. the "*insert mod name* took care of your case" window had already passed away". most of the people e in the game including the mod gave me consent to leave.​

I did reply and gave my response towards the rdm report in detail. I even explained how I saw the traitor to most of the players playing in the server at that time. It also showed in my screen that the case was resolved already. how was I supposed to know that I was not allowed to leave at that time?

I remember we were playing together yesterday and I was the one handling the report against you.
This was the report against you:

The reason you were slain was because you shot the victim on suspicion, you did not see the player shoot, you merely saw a shot from the rocks towards a group of players. However, there were multiple routes towards that spot and you had no sure way of knowing that the player who was there at the moment was indeed the player who shot near the other players 14 seconds earlier.

I also remember that I was still alive while I was handling your report when you asked me about 5 times if you could leave. Each time I replied that you could not leave. I told you you could not leave as there was a report against you. I then put myself into spectate so I could handle your report, so it wouldn't take even longer for you. As you can see here:

I specifically told you not to leave multiple times, and there is also a very obvious warning that you are not allowed to leave until you have fully served your slay. Do note I almost denied your appeal since you lied in this appeal stating I told you that you could leave. However as this is your very first offense I will unban you, but I will not void the ban.
This means that if you rdm and leave again in the next 3 months you will be banned for a longer period of time.
