Reason For Report:

I saw Aarow throw a grenade at an AFK. I shoot him, get killed and Aarow gets killed. Aarow reports me and says I RDMed him. I wrote in the report he attacked someone.

Daddy Nexus starts messaging me asking me what attacked means and I tell him it means he attacked someone, and then I tell him in the voice chat he threw a grenade at an AFK, and he says "okay so you want a slay" and says "okay so you want a slay" and that "I don't have to accept what you tell me in voice chat".

After my slay I ask him if he actually saw that in the deathscreen or he was speculating and I try to discuss it with him and he becomes defensive, says the conversation is over and then gags me claiming I'm harassing him for talking about the incident.

Mods aren't immune to criticism, I asked you about the issue and you refused to discuss it any further. You have this habit of slaying people and then when they speak about it afterwards shutting them down when they aren't even insulting you.

Yes I said "taste that salty air", you were swearing and telling me I was being a smartass.​

Alrighty, Incognito let's get down to business. I'm sorry we weren't able to resolve this in-game and you were left unsatisfied with your experience with me. Maybe we can both take something away from this report.

I received this report today, in which you damaged Aarow:

Your response "You attacked someone" is very vague and so I decided to investigate. Immediately upon investigating you became aggravated with me and the following was exchanged through text chat:

Your vague, far-reaching response, along with your seemingly sarcastic reply to my PM brought me to the conclusion you in fact did not have a reason for killing Aarow. I added a slay to you at this point, as you can see in the above screenshot.

After adding he slain you immediately began disputing it, with the following statement:

Clearly, based on your response you are uncertain of what you saw. Your response shows a unsubtle hint of suspicion surrounding the kill. That, along with Aarow saying this in chat moments before:

Led me to believe that, at this point, you were simply grasping for straws. I kept the slay on you, you continued to argue with me in voice chat around the slay. I informed you as to why you were being slain and why your latter responses to my inquiry weren't being accepted (since it seems you were changing your story/grasping at straws). You continued to argue with me to which I gave you a warning to drop the subject in-game and take it to the forums. You responded along the lines of "You're fucking stupid" to which I gagged you for continuing after I warned you to stop. I also took this opportunity to dish out a warning for harassment as well, as I didn't appreciate your personal, ad hominem attack on myself.

My evidence shows I told you in voice chat that I killed the guy for throwing a grenade at somebody. You yourself said to me "you can answer the report or play fuck fuck goose" and you told me to "stop being a smartass". And then when I told you you said you don't have to accept it in voice chat.

Then why even ask?

I've had multiple moderators ask me about why I did something and when I've told them in voice chat or even in text chat they've dealt with it accordingly but you didn't. The fact of the matter is, I didn't even kill the guy, he killed me in self-defence, got killed and then reported me. I killed the guy for throwing a grenade. That was simply it.

I never said you were fucking stupid, I said "It's fucking stupid" which isn't an attack on you. I never directly attacked you or even insulted you but you weren't as diplomatic as you're playing at this point.

It's exactly the same as the other time you slayed me in game on bowling_alley, I accepted it and said nothing and you continued to message me in game saying you don't want me to bring it to the forums and waste everyone's time. I chose to not respond but you badgered me to the point I told you in voice chat to leave me alone. You then threatened to mute me for harassment and I told you that you spoke to me first and I was happy to leave it but you continued to drag it up and bother me about it and then you gagged me then aswell.

Yes, you don't have to like me not liking a slay but me talking about it afterwards in-game is not an offence deserving a gag when you cut the conversation to less than a minute.

I joined the server at the very end of this exchange so I'm a witness to some of this.

I heard Moe telling Daddy that he shouldn't get the slay and if he actually looked at the logs, he sounded pretty upset. Daddy told him he already gave out his verdict and that the discussion was over. He then told him to report it to the forums if he wanted to keep talking about this incident. From what I heard I didn't think Daddy was being unfair but I wasn't there for the first half of this exchange.

 

There is a lack of evidence to support the slay therefor the report is going to be valid.
@incognito moe you need to provide more information and not harass staff that are handling your report as that does not help anything and only makes the mod job harder for no reason.
As far as nexxus he will be sure to include all evidence as there was a lack of in this report.
