just raise damage of gun and health of the men +1 edit - If prop damage isn't something that can be affected (Idk I don't do gmod weapon related stuff)
I rated you disagree before I saw your edit, and that was because I don't think it's smart to edit two stats(UMP damage and MiTM health) when we can just make UMPs do more damage to non-player entities and props.
Separating the damage to props and players is a bit tricky. How about providing all non-men with a crowbar instead?
That would be good, but wouldn't some just use crowbar on the men as it would probably do more damage?

Upping UMP damage would make the gamemode incredibly one sided on the UMP players, with the prototype's shock function scout doods already lose a lot
It is there. It's not like it's going to stun people that long, which is why you should group up or keep firing and run to cover to reload in order to keep the them unable to aim at us. A similar (although not entirely the same) comparison would be aimpunch in CS:GO.

As far as I know they have normal health but because the ump damage is something like 1 damage per shot it still takes a long time to kill them because you more or less have to hit each 100 times to die.
