Staff protected a rdm

Name of Staff/Player: Goku Benitez and sNAppy-TurTle

Server: west

Time of Occurrence: Around 10:15 eastern time, Map was Magma, not sure of exact round.
Reason For Report: Goku Rdm'ed me when I was a trator when he was a innocent. When I asked him later why he did so through my mic, he responded in chat saying shut the fuck up you mad I rdm'ed you? I repeatedly asked snappy the mod on the time to slay him. After the 4th time asking he finally did so. When Goku saw the slay he asked Snappy to take it off, Snappy did so saying Goku had DNA. Goku was a innocent and I do not believe he had DNA. When I asked Snappy to please show me the log of him having DNA on me he refused, saying if he says so it's so. There was no Kos on me and I was in to big of a group of people for a innocent to track me down with supposed "DNA". I feel I was rdm'ed by Goku and Snappy abused his power and protected him.

-Start from the bottom, look at them right to left. Please note I did kill someone at the start of the round but Goku did not see it, nor was there a kos on me, nor was there any Dna found that I know of.

 

from the screenshots you provided the only part i could see harassment was the very first screenshot and what goku said could be counted as rude and harassment, whereas Snappy saying he had DNA we need Snappy to reply.

 

Just to make sure Killa, were you looking at the screen shots from the lowest one, right to left, upward. Or how did you look through them?

 

Bottom right to left then top right to left. most of them seemed to show random bits of conversation, a good idea would be to open each one in paint and circle each part you consider harassment and then upload them to Imgur so we can specifically see each time he harassed you, but i know the first one had some very harsh words and a couple of the later ones.

 

Innocents can get DNA from picking up a Detective's DNA scanner and use it to scan stuff. So it's not impossible that Goku had DNA on you, and Snappy probably removed the slay because he noticed in the logs that Goku got DNA.

 

Just to clarify. This report is not on about harassment. The screen shots are meant to show me repeatedly trying to communicate with snappy trying to figure out if he was going to slay goku for his rdm which he was continuing to ignore even after it had been 2 rounds after. In this report we are not talking about Harass.

 

- Yes but it was very early in the round so the chance of a detective giving his scanner to a inno is very low, then him doing it early in a round is even lower. I considered this possibility.

 

its not that low of a probability, if a player gets slain that was supposed to be a Detective he drops is DNA scanner wherever he was and people suicide etc etc.

 

Yes, there was DNA. That is why i removed the slay. I told Erich this. I did not show him the log because I was busy with the other cases I had. On another note, you should be just as involved in cases against you Erich. I tried repeatedly to ask you questions about a report earlier in the map. Because of you not answering I was slowed in my process of going through them. The reason the report was "ignored" for a couple rounds was because I was catching up. Also, I don't do cases unless urgent when I'm a T.

 

if you find yourself falling behind you might need to sit rounds out Snappy.

 

I was able to respond to each and everyone. I did not fall that far behind. The cause of falling behind was mainly due to people not responding to me.

 

By the looks of the screenshots provided, the players that were assuming the moderators could just break the rules were new to our server; stating things about revives and that every server has them, which isn't true.

Also, in the chat, you can see erich attempting to PM goku to harass him and we all know that retaliation is not the way to go about things. If sNAppy was alive when Goku was messaging you, he wouldn't have seen it because you two were already dead.

Snappy acted appropriately in this situation by not falsely slaying Goku.
