Killrmarshall no bueno

I was shooting at the walls, T baiting, when someone called a kos on me for t baiting. Which is fine, but because of that kos a mass rdm chain began, and killermarshal slayed me claiming it was for "starting a mass rdm chain", when all I did was T bait.

 

you T baited many of the players online and got killed for it then started a mass RDM chain, i slayed you one round for starting a mass RDM chain because i told you to stop T baiting.

He slayed you after explaining to urisk2 and I, that he was going to use his *admin discretion and punish accordingly.
You are the reason a RDM Chain occured, due to your unnecessary actions of T-baiting, as you have admitted to doing.

In our server rules (or MOTD "!motd in-game") it states clearly on the bottom that rules are subject to change via Admin's Discretion.

I understand that this might be different to you, as you're used to moderators and not admins, considering that only Admin's can slay for this. Mod's must follow the !motd stricly, otherwise.

In conclusion, I believe that Killamarshall had every right to slay you.

It says no where in the rules that you can get slayed for T baiting, only KOS which im fine with. You didnt tell me to stop, you just slayed me, and said i was the only person responsible for the mass RDM chain that followed.

 

Punishments are subject to change under an admins discretion. You would be the only person to blame if you caused a mass RDM chain and continuously traitor baited as an innocent, causing other players' karma to drop. You would be at fault for a person killing you, then a person killing them, then a person killing them, and so on. Your slay was justified.

 

I'll take the ban and admit to causing the RDM chain, w.e. Just know that it says "punishments" are subject to change not "rules". It says T-baiting is Kosable but not against the rules, but now i know. Sorry for unintentionally starting a RDM chain.

 

There was a punishment that needed to be dealt for RDM. Because you caused the RDM, you were the person punished. The punishment changed.

In the future, there should be no need to intentionally traitor bait as an innocent. Usually you're killed by an inno, because most traitors aren't dumb enough to kill you; just let the chain go and it's a win win.
