Why you should be unbanned:

was banned for mic spam 3 when there was no 3rd micspam​

Evidence of Innocence:

was banned for 8 hours by ant for mic spam 3, when there was zero micspam for the 3rd time,

I will admit using my mic a bit much on the first two instances and honestly didnt notice my first warning until i got my second and was like wtf 2nd warning and looked back through the chat logs, (which i did message the admin and apologize for)

heres my video for proof (note part 2 of the video where you can hear hissing was my taking a drag on my vape but as you can see i wasnt broadcasting on both instances)

Ant will present his evidence on the matter and will deal with it accordingly. If the punishment is incorrect, admins usually supervise this section so I wouldn't worry about getting away with a false ban.

Worse comes to worse, message him on the forums after he does so but until then, please be patient while they gather their evidence.

 

I just got an email that a user called tuna replied saying something about my mic sounding very bad and as if i was using a voice changer or something on those lines but i cant see said reply on this..

on that tho looking through my recording and i did see ant refer to a voice changer in my first warning but didnt realize while skimming through (i dont and never ever have used voice changeing software), but i did just got a new corsair void headset yesterday and its been fine with my friends over teamspeak on other games but if it is causing a problem on gmod somehow i would like to see a video of that so i can try to resolve this issue somehow.

but if that is the case i am sorry and i was completely unaware of this!

As soon as I joined the server, i could hear you micspamming with your warped voice. As soon as i could catch who was saying it, i issued your 1st warning.

Regardless if your headset is broken or not, i still gave you two warnings to stop, yet you continued. There's also the aspect of your mic sounding fine in your recording, yet altered in game. You will sit through your ban.
