Reason For Report:

Well i was banned for "harassment" when i was just telling some jokes everybody was laughing and not offended. Well i believe the cause of this is because me and a guy named "FannyPacks" exposed him for ghosting. You see funny packs killed his friend as a T disguised and he kosed and killed him for it. He asked how he knew and his reply was "i knew it was you". And he wasn't even near him i was spectating it. So later fannypacks was complaining about it and he then banned him for "Harassment".​

Hello Nay Giggers,

I banned you for harassment after having warned you to tone it down. I followed adequate protocol seeing as I provided an initial warning, followed up with by a kick, and then promptly a ban for your final offense.

I'm afraid I didn't get a chance to document any of your offenses as you have stated there were other offenses occurring. However, I believe the primary concern here is not if i followed adequate protocol, but whether or not what you were saying constitutes a harassment offense.

You first started off with crude humor and vulgar language and I was quite lenient with it. You, however, were consistent with it and I asked you to "tone it down", and you agreed but failed to comply. Shortly after you made a statement that went against your agreement which was "let's slaughter all the jews." While I do not take personal offense I did not see this as appropriate especially after having been warned. After you rejoined I asked you to heed both my warnings and to take the kick into the consideration, but you decided to ramp it up and start spouting dark humor (Jewish based) in clear rebellion of my merciful warnings.

While we don't expect all of our players to agree with our rules, we do expect them to follow them. You were asked to stop but ignored the request even having after agreed to do so.

In regards to the Ghosting claim, I made a statement that was misinterpreted. I called a fellow proven innocent my "friend" and it was deemed ghosting when I stated "I saw you kill my 'friend.'"

I apologize that you are clearly upset and ask that you learn how to follow warnings in the future.

ACTUALLY you were ghosting i saw that bullshitry AND i never once swore in that server AND i said "lets slaughter this Jew" because he shot at me so i replied with that after the kos. AND it wasn't me who you ghosted (which proofs that that all a crock of shit) and it was Fannypacks that you ghosted i just witnessed it for i was spectating you and him. Also please cut the bullshit typing format where you try to sound professional because its clear that your like 14 because you have your Minecraft username so please piss off with your fake formats and bloody daft responses. And to add to this all you gave me a single warning(a kick) when i joined back, no one was offended by these jokes and they weren't harassment in any way. They were jokes not directed to any single person and a Jewish kid was in there and he was laughing the hardest. So please excuse my profanity in this but I FUCKING HATE when people lie to get me in trouble and ignorant lairs too. So please punish him and as the ban goes i dont give a shit because im pretty sure that it was just went 1 and i play on east and EU so im just reporting to get him punished for ghosting and Fannypacks has it recorded if you would like to contact him about this.

Hey @Grug Gealer, is there a way to post your friend's video evidence that proves your claim that POP STAR admitted to ghosting?

Some sort of evidence will be needed to back up your claim if I am to follow through with discipline.

As you haven't responded to my post with any evidence over the past 48 hours, I will be marking this post Invalid. Nothing you have posted has proven that POP STAR ghosted in-game.

As per the discussion above, it also appears that POP followed protocol when applying your harassment ban. In the future, heed the warnings that are given to you to prevent further disciple.
