I did indeed ban you for rdm & leave (1st offense). This was based on the following report:

As you can see, he did throw a grenade. However, it was a smoke grenade, which made your kill effectively RDM. For this I had to put a slay on you. At that moment, you were not online, so I had to ban you for RDM & Leave.

Given your clean history and positive playstyle during the rest of the game while I was online, I will unban you and instead put a slay on your account.
