Reason For Report:

Even though, I have been encouraged NOT to report a single RDM, I think this is needed.

I was practicing my target skills by shooting at Enderman, when someone killed me.

Their report and reason stated they killed me for:

"tbh i thought he was shooting at someone and I saw blood on the wall"

1. I did not know because you see blood means you can kill them, lmao?

2. How did he know where I was shooting? He claims he saw me shoot, could have been anywhere, not near anyone.

I then repeatedly asked The Doctor if that means if I see someone I THINK is shooting towards someone and I see blood, does that mean I can kill them, where Doctor did not reply to any.​

Don't have any except the chatlogs between me and The Doctor.​

The reason I wasn't responding to your questions straight away was because I had been notified that there was a hacker on the server and I was gathering the evidence so that I could ban him, when you asked on the server why I hadn't been answering you I told you, using voice chat, that I was dealing with a hacker and that I'd give you an answer as soon as I could, however you left before I could give you an answer.

Spoiler: Video Evidence

As you can see in the video above (apologies for the terrible quality), the player who killed you was stood next to you and saw you shooting towards players, and according to our rules it is a traitorous act to shoot in the direction of players, which is why the player whom killed you said he thought you were shooting.

I'll leave it up to my acting admin @Mellow to decide whether your report against me is valid or not.

 

Hey @Thomas2, thank you for taking the time to report my moderator @TheDoctor094.

What TheDoctor094 did was correct in this situation. There isn't much to say about this report other than that you did shoot towards a player and was the offender was right behind you, he definitely could have seen you shoot towards a player. Therefore my moderator was right in not slaying the player.

Due to that I'll be marking this report on my moderator as invalid.
