Why should you be unbanned: I left my gmod client on to take the slay and came back to my laptop after class with it saying I was disconnected from the server. I just tried to connect to the servers and I see I'm banned from all of them... My guess is that my client disconnected because the connection timed out the red countdown on the top right that shows up when your internet connection gets slow or drops). I didn't intentionally or willingly disconnect from the server and would have stayed for the slay because these are my FAVORITE servers!

Evidence of innocence: I present character evidence probative of my character for truthfulness. When I'm a T I lie all the time, but when I'm an inno, I never lie. I am truthful. I'm inno in real life and I am not lying. I also present a policy reason for the removal of my ban--the Ts are better off when I'm on the server because I can kill many with my C4s.

 

If you want to present character evidence, it would show that you have 3 other bans on your record for RDM and leave.

 

FRE 404 bans propensity evidence for general character. I was presenting evidence for character of truthfulness of my statements, none of which can be disputed with "bad man" evidence. But anyway, I kid.

Fairly considered, those previous instances were also times when I played, left my computer on during a slay, and found out later I was banned. The only reason I didn't dispute them was because I lost my password to my gh0st_se7en username here and I don't have access to that old email account anymore. X_X

Is there any path to salvation here (besides being in the dog house for 2 months on all three servers)? I JUST got the death station heal perk and barely got to use it, lol.

 

Maybe after the first time you went afk after being slain and came back to find yourself banned, you shouldn't have continued to go afk when you get slain? Honestly a round's usually less than 10 minutes, just sit it out.

 

You can also add me in steam and let me know that you didn't mean to leave. You could have also addressed the fact that you had forgotten your password.

I think you should sit out this ban.
