In a hypothetical where an innocent shoots what they suspect to be a death station and the explosion from said (now confirmed) death station kills another innocent, have they RDMed them? This would seem comparable to shooting a barrel that ~turns out~ to be an explosive one.
No because the T placed the death station for this exact purpose. What you are describing is no different to an innocent using a death station accidentally.
Unless there have been new barrels that are disguised explosive barrels, I don't see how they are even remotely similar. Even in that case, you are the one shooting a prop, and there isn't really a good reason to be shooting a normal prop, so you need to face the consequences should you do so.
