Banned for misclicking

I was playing last night when I accidentally shot at a person not killing him but wounding him... I explained the situation and apologized but he still banned me for 5 DAYS. It was a complete accident and I would appreciate if you lifted the ban.

Also, you wouldn't be immediately banned, but you would be slain. If you left before the end of your slay round, then it'd be a five day ban.

You were banned for mass RDM, i should have put RDM 4th offense. you had RDM'd 3 people the map before, and right after you got off your slay rounds, you proceeded to shoot me while i was getting ammo in the ammo-case on 67th way V5 2014 about 15-25 seconds into the round, i had done nothing traitorous and it was your fourth offense, therefore being your ban of 5 days.

Why should you be unbanned:I own up to the first RDM that was a mistake on my part. The 2nd one I believe I had evidence to kill him as there were 9 people alive 7 of which were proven and murmurs of Brine being a T. Regardless I took the 2 slays with little to know confrontation. The 3rd instance was a mis-click and I tried to explain to killermarshal what happened but he would not even hear me out. I apologize for my rdms and mistakes.
Evidence of innocence: I dont have evidence but I believe the information I have provided you with should be enough

And you RDM'd the T (noone called kos on him after pre round) and then you RDM'd 2 more people so i gave you another 3 slays, then you RDM me and that was your fourth offense.

You killed two people on suspicion and that is RDM. Unfortunately, if you cannot provide evidence of innocence and have already RDM'd 3 other players, then your case doesn't hold water very well.

I agree with Killa's punishment. Feel free to play on our other two servers, but please review our rules and protocol.
