I think any punishment is against the rules, which is why I think we should propose a rule to ban lotto pooling.

 

Ban lotto pooling, no. Ban scamming, yes.

 

You quite literally have a few successful lottery wins already, with verified payouts. Why are people still complaining? Although I do agree it's lame for other people who enter, it's a damn good idea and I'm more of a capitalist myself so power to ya.

 

You can't really enforce it. It would actually just make the community not social. Lotto pools are a social activity, I've hosted a huge on back in 2014. I was the underdog and won. Pool vs Pool. Good times.


Outlawing it would be dumb.

To make scamming punishable one would need valid evidence points were given to said player, and said player said he was going to do so and so. Basically a contract.

New rule to keep my sanity in check:

After 72 hours from winning I will no longer actively pursue you for collecting of points, you can still collect them for a maximum of 2 weeks after that I will take them for my own use, if you are banned I will give the points to a friend of your choosing but the same rules apply, 2 weeks and they are mine.
