Why should you be unbanned: I was a detective in the round, and I was shot at from behind in a confined area, where a sniper couldn't have possibly gotten me. I turned around, and I saw someone holding a gun, so I naturally shot at him. He ended up killing me and I saw he was an innocent. I had to leave after the round for IRL reasons, and I didn't think much of it and chalked it up to either a misunderstanding or an RDM on his part.
Evidence of innocence: I do not know to what extent the server keeps logs, but if damage is logged, you'll find that I took ~30 damage right before I opened fire, consistent with being shot. The game in question was on 01/26/14 at 06:32PM, on Rooftops.

 

The server will have logs all the way back to around November, so they will have logs of the event. Also, if you shot that person and they didn't shoot you, stick around to find out who shot you and don't leave immediately after you shoot someone based upon suspicion that they were the one that shot you. If they weren't the person that shot you and you shot the innocent that killed you, then it is considered RDM on your part for shooting the incorrect person based on what you thought happened.

It might also help to specifically state why you had to leave.

 

He was the only person there, I don't see who else could have shot me. I wasn't about to stand there and let him kill me. Misunderstandings happen all the time, and people never get banned for them. I only got one shot off before he gunned me down.

 

People are slain for accidental RDM and if they leave before the end of their slay round, they actually are banned.

I understand that mods are busy people, but it's been nearly 3 days since I posted this, more than half the duration of the ban. ExtraJuicyTable has been on multiple times. Is he aware of this appeal?
