Carrying them should be made a traitorous act, or they should be removed altogether, since they cause RDM and people can't exactly counter anyone placing them (if they follow the set of rules given).

I'm fairly certain carrying around one of the mines already is traitorous. It's the same as carrying an explosive barrel/turtle in my opinion.

Better idea, can we just get rid of whitehouse? Nah, but ya +1 this suggestion's pre good.

Carrying explosives towards players is already a traitorous act. So, just like how carrying turtles on datmap and community pool is KOSable, this is as well

    On another note:
The player in your video could have been killed, because he does bring it over to another player, however, I don't believe he should be punished (e.g. slain), due to the fact the player walking over it could have avoided it altogether

Couldn't the same be said for the explosive turtles?

Its on the player to know the workings of the map and the rules that are in place for it.

While it should be common sense that carrying explosive props towards players is traitorous, I don't think it would be a bad idea to add this as a clarification in the map specific rules section. I don't see how that would hurt in anyway.
