Mods being to lazy to do their jobs.

Time of Occurrence: (Make sure you include your timezone) When ever he is the only one on.

Reason For Report: (What did he/she do?) Im not reporting to get anyone in trouble but this has happened more than once through out the week with multiple players. While on though I have had a few RDM reports either go unnoticed or considered inconclusive when there was clear evidence of either they shot and killed me first without me doing anything. I Feel like if the records were checked it would be a simple verdict. There is also concern though when I ask what's the status of the report and the answer is ( It happened last round or two rounds ago so get over it.) I am also concerned when the response I get is well they said they didn't do it so now I can't do anything about it or else its a he said she said situation. As stated before the logs never lie and can easily be determined if you check them. A few others while playing conveyed their concern on this matter as well and the response we got was either being gagged or told if you don't like the way this server is run go to another or if you have a problem report me to the forums then.

Evidence And/Or Witnesses: (Screenshots/Video Recordings/Players That Witnessed The Event) There were a few others online at the time. I did not take anyone's IDs down because I wasn't going to report until I was told by the mod himself if I had a problem "report me on the forums then". If it happens again I will try to take a screenshot or get some other witnesses/

 

Look here this is the situation as I know. You were near unid'ed bodies or whatever then he comes up and kills you. This is all I know from what you have told me. Lets see it from an innos perspective. He runs into room. You are standing there with unid'ed bodies. He shoots you. This is rdm?!?!?!!?

 

This was not being lazy. As you had seen I was on Dolls all by myself doing all the work by myself. If this is lazy idk what lazy is. And you reported the wrong person. It was me that you want to report.

 

I understand that you don't want to get anyone in trouble, but I want you to understand that sometimes reports can't always have the desired outcome a player requests. In events of he said/she said, staff members cannot issue a punishment, because in order for a punishment to be issued we must have evidence beyond reasonable doubt.

This report has basically come to a he said/she said situation where nothing can come of it, because no evidence was really provided.

To piggyback off of what omgtin has stated, if you're not identifying bodies or someone hears a bunch of shooting and sees you killing someone, you can be killed for it as it falls under the traitorous acts and would not be considered RDM.

Captain asked about the status of his report and I didn't know what he meant because of map change. He then informed me that another mod was doing it but got off. I then asked him to do type !report and fill it out again to make getting both sides fast and easy...
Once bSun Sora told his side of things, he explained how you were by multiple unID bodies which is a completely legit reason to kill someone.
This was also explained to you in game.
At that time you started raving about how it wasn't fair and then went on to mic spam how no one gets slain unless they kill a mod. I asked you to calm down but that didn't work so, yes. I gagged you. I asked you again to mic spamming and then immediately ungagged you again.

You also complained that I also didn't slay someone the last time we played but if I remember correctly, it was the exact same reason: not checking bodies.

 

vodka is one of the best moderators i have met i wouldn't believe vodka to not do her modly dutys

 

There is a simple verdict. • Not identifying bodies is one of the listed traitorous acts.

This staff report is invalid. captain-vodka was doing her job correctly.
