I'll agree with you that his decision was impulsive and reckless but you can't honestly believe that he would just wake up one morning and decide to delete ts channels without thinking. People have wanted them gone since they were made and without them all that changes is that a few more people they haven't met would be in chat with them. I can't believe people would go so far just because they don't want to be around anyone other than a select few. Hell without the Skype ban people can make their own chats if they want.

Getting rid of a core foundation of our staff teams without consulting us first was a dick move. He could have t at least had the decency to hear us out but no he had to get all offended and start threatening people with demotion.
Core foundation of the staff team? What are you smoking. We all know that there's never any staff business in those channels, it's just a lounge. You can't seriously think that deleting a few channels is going to hurt how you staff on gmod.
It isn't about just TS, it's about being ignored by the only guy who can get things done around here. His decisions last night only added to the fire and people packed their bags. Spoiler All these staff members didn't leave because he made one stupid decision, it was the accumulation of many, many horrible decisions.

Your right. The group didn't, but the staff team did, and now we don't have one because Highwon doesn't like people disagreeing with him. Highwon made probably the dumbest decision I have ever seen. Almost all competent staff is gone, and now unprepared mods are going to get admin and/or old admins are going to re apply just for a guaranteed position in the hierarchy of SGM. It disgusts me that some of you are either unintentionally blinding yourself to the ignorance that is the owner of SGM, or are just using what happened as a way to get Highwon to notice you. What's barring him from lying to protect his image in this already fractured community? Once again, Highwon shifts the blame and puts himself on a pedestal. It's shameful and disgraceful. Kyogre was one of the best leads we had. He was probably afraid of commenting on your issue so he wouldn't be demoted like the rest. Gg wp, your community is a disaster. Grow the fuck up Highwon, and accept that YOU are the sole reason this happened. You fail to listen to those that you put in power, and act on your own accord. You demote everyone who spoke out against you. It's sickening. I love how you lied about how you demoted Ragman. You claim that it was due to him banning people in TS, but we all know that you demoted him LONG before that. You just neglected to remove his perms on TS. God damn are you just trying to get caught in your lies? Neither is demoting them all. Considering the only other lead we had was asleep at the time, I can %100 say with certainty it was completely your decision to make. Stop shifting the blame and stop lying to your community.
