Why you should be unbanned:

We were talking about cigarette usage, and different types of them, such as fag, blunt, cigar, nigar etc. then was banned for racism.​

Evidence of Innocence:

There was no reason to ban me. Especially if the other players in the server were slinging racial slang around such as the user jleveillee19. If Sith Master needs a definition on racism, here it is.

Now I believe there are differences in using racial slang, such as using it in a derogatory manner, and intended to hurt other people. And using such words in an example, or not towards any group in order to hurt them.
There was no sign of racism here. Only about the object, cigarettes, and the action, which you light it up, you bring the cigarette/blunt/spliff/joint/nigar/cigar to your lips (what ever comes first) and then you inhale, and then the nicotine gives your brain an endorphin stimulation. I would like Sith Master to thoroughly read what racism is, before he starts using the ban hammer wildly.

I understand that "nigar" has similar pronunciation to the DEROGATORY
term. But I made it clear and obvious that I empathized the AR sound, such as cigAR, and explained what a nigar is a slang for blunt, or rolled cigarette, and is surprisingly also translated as "sweetheart" in the persian language.

You were first warned for harassment and racism for your derogatory use of the n word.

You did not heed my warning and once against used the n word and also a homophobic slur. As a result you were kicked from the server.

Gindisi was shortly banned after you for the same offense.

Then on the next map you type this into chat.

That was your third offense of harassment/racism, so you were banned for 24 hours.

Due to the nature of this appeal and your extensive history of trolling bans, I will be denying your appeal in hopes that it serves as a warning. Blatant racism is not tolerated on SeriousGMod and further infractions may result in more severe punishments.
