Why you should be unbanned:

I wont lie in saying that there was one incident where i accidentally damaged a team member but because of that i got rdm'ed even though the guy i damaged said it was ok and instead of slaying the guy who rdm me i was slayed. ive basically been bullied by admins on this server multiple times i dont see it fit that i get banned when they're not punishing themselves for the same actions. Exact quote " Me: are you going to slay yourself for rdming me?" "falcor: Nope"​

I cant open chatlogs so my proof is gone just please reconsider some of your admins​

 

You were banned by @Butterback for RDM and Leave 2nd and banned and globalized by @Falcor for RDM and Leave Third Offense. Please be patient as they respond.

As you see you called a kos on clean who was a Detective. Which Cam soon killed you for.

In between all this I Killed you when we were both Innocents due to crossfire. We were trying to kill a T and unfortunately I shot you once in crossfire while killing the Traitor.

Since it was your Third Offense in such a short period of time I felt it was appropriate to globalize your ban.
I'd like to see Butterbacks evidence to your second offense before I consider localizing this ban.

 

I was actually the one deciding the verdict in regards with Falcor. Now I don't have the report since it was deemed invalid, although after digging into the old logs I managed to find your coinciding occurrence.

As you can see: your interaction on what you presumed RDM, was actually crossfire; as she respectively stated in the report against her in-game. She was attempting to kill PheonixIsSleepy and caught you in the line of fire also. An unintentional, but still valid kill.

This is defined at "A Guide to SGM (Extended Rules)".

I'm looking through all my screenshots from the 14th. I can't seem to find one that mentions your name. Did you use a different name by any chance?

 

Edited entirely: I found the old logs where you killed 2 innos unprovoked, as a detective. You did not stick around to see the next round. Please note that in this screenshot only the first kill and the beginning of the next one is visible, and even though only 1 RDM is enough for a leave ban there is one more kill on the player that you can see being shot on the last line.

From the logs, it appears that the only reason you stopped killing innocents was because one of them fought back and killed you. Because of these things, I will be denying my portion of the appeal.

 

my appeal was from today and i have it set to where im not detective so this isnt accurate to what im trying to appeal even though i took my ban for this my username has stayed garrbear666 since ive started playing

 

from my perspective it didnt seem that way but then again i dont have the logs you do that im willing to drop

 

As you see i immediately said no and wrong bind so i see no fair grounds for rdm AND slay. it would have seemed fit if it were just a rdm or a slay but Cam got no repercussions for rdming me and when i tried to get an explanation as to why i was ignored please pull that up on logs. as for the leave it was the start of the round and there was so much going on and processing that my computer shut down. believe me or not i wouldnt rdm and leave and if i did i wouldnt try to pointlessly appeal this. im not quite sure if cam is admin but he jumped on every chance to rdm me he could and got no punishment

 

Unfortunately if you call a Kos, even if it was a mistake and called off. You are still responsible for calling a false kos. As there are many reason can may have no seen it called off.
You were not slain for this, as the player you called the KOS on did not die due to it.
This is your 3rd time RDM and Leaving in less than a month.
Cam is not a staff member. If his play style is a bit more trigger happy that is on him and will be punished if he does RDM. When I was on Cam did not RDM. The round youre refering to is when you reported cam for killing you, he said you crowbared someone. Then I reported you for crowbaring someone. As the screenshot above shows.

After everything that has been stated and your behavior while in game, I see no reason to accept this appeal. In hopes after your ban, you return with a better understanding of our rules.
