Why you should be unbanned:

I appealed before, but I was denied and I wanted to respond to the denial, but with streaming program I use once the delay was changed it had a certain "delay" to increase the delay on my stream without pausing it entirely so even though it appeared as if my stream was not being changed and my snark comment may have appeared to have been denying the request to change my stream delay the streaming program settings image shows the settings set to the requested delay so I feel my previous appeal was unjustly denied.​

As you can see the settings clearly show that my stream delay was set to the requested time swiftly as I could do so without interuptting my stream as well as meeting the mods request in a fair amount of time

Also for future reference if you feel your first appeal was denied unfairly, please start a conversation with the mod/admin who denied it.

 

Like I said on your last appeal, I've already made my decision, as you were spamming in chat telling me you won't change your settings unless I followed you on twitch.
