RDMing me and making the excuse that Elyo kosed me even tho i kossed him the whole round. Unfortunately demo files dont save my voice but i was kosing him whole round because he killed the detective.​

Evidence And/Or Witnesses:

Han Solo was also there and Phi but they did nothing but ignore the report. ofc they are biased because Jässä is long time member

I came to the server just to issue the slay of this report, that you killed Jassa based on assumption, so I have no idea what happened to that report you filed against Jassa.
But from my understanding, Jassa killed you because you were kos'd by another player and he was just following that kos.

Not the best quality but you can clearly hear Elyo also KoSing Janppa.

 

YOu clearly heard me kos him first yet u chose his side because u wanted excuse to kill me.

I confirmed with Elyo-Yuk that he had called a KOS on you.

Elyo-Luk was a T, and thus his KOS on you was not RDM. Both Elyo-Luk and yourself KOS'd each other, and just because you called your KOS first does not mean Jässa RDM'd you by taking Elyo's word over yours.

Your comment here adequately shows why Jässa was not slain in this instance. There is no evidence that Jässa followed the KOS just for an excuse to kill you, and though you may believe that, as a moderator I cannot issue a slay off mere speculation. Had the situation happened multiple times, that would be a completely different matter, but it did not.

First of all, Is true that I KoSed him.

Why I made that? Because He just KoSed me because a suspicion. First of all, when he left the room, more than one person entered on the room and left it, even as you can see on the second 53 of the video provided, there are one guy on the room, but he just KoSed me.
