Reason For Report:

Kosed me on skin as I have a bright yellow skin and also on location, both not allowed. Then did not reply to my report or to me asking about the report.​

Evidence And/Or Witnesses:

He saw "someone" throw a harpoon. He admitted he did not know who it was. He saw them go into the house. Only when I exited the house from another location did he call me out, which surprised me as he seems to be really stiff on enforcing rules. Thanks.​

I'll respond while it's fresh in my mind. At first I only knew that a guy with a Wolverine skin threw a harpoon, but I was a detective that round. Since I have my radar fully upgraded, I was able to tell when you went into that house that there was only one person in there. Naturally it follows that the only person who walks out must be the same one who walked in.

You then reported a player who called a KOS on "the guy on top of the tower", but before that KOS led to anything he called your name out. A KOS on location can't be followed, but calling one isn't worthy of a slay by itself.

And after you sent the report I told you what happened immediately.

 

I'm not worried about the second guy so I'll wait to see if his radar plea is valid.

 

This is the beginning of the logs of that round. I bought a radar right at the start. Unfortunately shot logs aren't preserved after map changes so I can't show you throwing a harpoon because you missed, but you did buy one and I saw you throw it.

I saw you throw it. I didn't get my cursor on you in time to see your name, but my radar made it clear the location of the player who threw the harpoon and that there were no other players in the house next to the tall tower. I knew that a player who just threw a harpoon was the only one in there, so once I saw them come out I could call KOS on that player once I got their name. The radar gave me 100% certainty of the location of the player I saw and that nobody else was in that area, so it wasn't a KOS on suspicion.

After looking through this report and the evidence that is provided.
Horse Jesus used his D items to know with 100% certainty that you were the T that threw the harpoon.
Not only did someone KOS you, Horse saw you throw a harpoon then used his radar to locate you.
He then tried to explain the situation in game to you.
From what is provided, Horse followed the rules and protocol here.
