I'm a frequent player and ban was unfair​

Evidence of Innocence:

I play on gmod alot, and falcor banned me for 5 days for harassment not following protocol and i feel was too personal, I had a incident where i rdm 2 people by pure accident and because of my previous ban for 5 days which was not right of me to get in the first place, i was banned for 2 weeks.... I will be honest in saying i did make another account to evade the ban due to unfairness and my dedication to serious servers that i only play on, because of this was again banned for "ban evasion" for 182 days!​

 

At this point its ridiculous because talked on the servers about donating in the near future to show appreciation to the serious server and all you guys do, ive been treated unfairly and hope you can find goodness in your heart to lift the ban and allow me to enjoy your server once again, peace and love - Patrick Almanzar

Hello Patrick.Almanzar, thanks for taking the time to appeal.

You were banned for "Ban Evasion" by me because you were doing just that. Using a different account to play on our servers while you are banned is heavily frowned upon. We have ways of being able to see how many accounts you have and from this screenshot below, it is clear you've been caught evading your bans on several other occasions.

You claim you've "done nothing wrong" and are being "treated unfairly" but you just chose to go around and disregard our rules. You are serving the punishment for your actions. Feel free to come back in six months when your ban(s) are over; if you are ban evading again and get caught you'll face an even harsher punishment. Consider this appeal denied, have a nice day.
