Why should you be unbanned: Well, I was banned for this - By Angelx for 3 months First offense

Evidence of innocence:
I never mass rdm'd because I only killed two people and I had proof for the traitor I killed but nothing for the innocent.
Then my pc crashed at 4 Am, So I got off.
I'm not sure about the time because it says 1 am but I'm sure it was 4 am. I only rdm'd one person which was rdm. But I wish to be unbanned and from the start I should of not been banned for that long.

Starting think that Angelx and the staff has something against me because like wtf, Why was I banned for so long. Nobody else received such a long punishment and only one of them got it on ALL and that was the guy with the RDM AND LEAVE X4 WHO STILL GOT LESS BAN TIME THAN ME. I feel angelx should be demoted or punished for this sign of favoritism or just flat out abuse.

And my Friend namen was banned on the forums for making a topic saying "Satan" and Namenlosetier only has 5 forum post and Only 2 topics and 3 post on people stuff. He wasnt rightly banned, And it was to April your admins are getting a unfair with the bans as well

I think have proved my point and I my ban should be lifted and Angelx ( The Admin ) Should be punished in some way.

This wasn't your first offense, this was your third offense RDM + leave which would normally be 4 weeks. Couple that with it being mass RDM(normally a day or 5-day ban) and factor in your history(ghosting), I can see how she got that number.

Here's what's wrong:
"I only rdm'd one person which was rdm."

You admit to RDM'ing one person, intentionally. You also admit to staying off(if you had jumped back on after restarting your computer it'd be a different story). So you intentionally RDM'd + left for the third time. That's at least a month ban, MINIMUM.

 

Wasn't intentionally, And it was like 4 am ( I think ) and my pc crashed so I got off because it crashed and I was tired as fuck so I went to sleep. And It wasn't mass rdm, I only rdm'd one person ( NOT INTENTIONALLY ) and got off. It's only my 2nd offense, the Second I have a ban for was a karma ban, Im sure of it, Take a picture of my stats.

 

It glitched and reported console. It was still your second RDM + leave ban.

In all honestly, I had no idea who you were, based on your actions and history, I made the correct & logical decision on banning you for 16 weeks. And no, it is not favoritism, depending on the situation of the offense, admins can alter the punishments within reasons, you shot 2 traitors and 1 innocent for no apparent reason and left. I still believe 16 Weeks is the right time for what you've done.

 

I was karma banned that day I remember not RDM AND LEAVE.

I had heard that when someone is banned for karma, it will say the person left it won't say that the person was banned for karma then the person assumes that he left and bans that is what probably happened there.

 

And How is 16 weeks a correct punishments, Do you want people to quit the server? Who bans someone for that long I only rdm'd one person which was the One innocent because I thought he did something traitorous but my pc crashed. I don't see how 16 weeks is allowed for a admin to do. Admins are suppose to make the community better you guys are like a attacker thought you guys are suppose to be the defense. You guys are ruining the server and making people be afraid of making mistakes. I don't see how you think it's fair for people to be banned for different times for doing the same exact things or something worse just not fair. I know that admins can change the length but why for me what have I done so bad to deserve a different ban than anyone else. And before reading why someone was ban for a long time ago know the story of what happened to that player don't just assume. People can change through out times since my 2nd ban was just a karma banned but someone banned me for rdm and leave without checking the admin stats. and it seems like you ban me all the time, So i feel a negative vibe coming from you onto me.

 

It's odd that you say players can changed, but you committed another offense of RDM and leave; your third to be exact.

Admins are supposed to make the server better for players. We protect the server from players that break rules and repeatedly breaking the rules. That is how we protect the server.

The reason you may think Angel is attacking you is simply because you two have the same time frame as to when you play. So, the majority of your bans would only make sense to be from her.

 

16 weeks is a correct punishment according to that time with the reports + your history logs.

We admins & mods are making the community better for players by trying to enforce the rules & punish those who doesn't follow.
Yes, sometimes mistakes do happen and we have to punish, but given your history & the nature of the incident, the punishment was justified.

We are making the server better by making the server a nice experience for players. And punishments are often altered once it gets out of the motd range. At that time your logs suggested that I ban you for 16 weeks since you had quite a history. I have no issues with you, I'm just going by the rulebooks.

No, but we are trying to get rid of the players that ruins their experience by rdming & leaving, so more people will stay.

 

Wait wait So you where does it say ban people for 16 weeks at please show me? and You aren't really you are showing players if they make mistakes but don't have any proof to back yourself up. You will stay ban and if the admins don't know you or don't care about you, they will ban for 16 weeks or longer. Where is the rulebook because I will show you one you should read - rules You are welcome, make sure you read the punishment

1st time - Ban 5 days
2nd time - Ban 2 weeks
3rd time - Ban 4 weeks
Where does it say "16 WEEKS IF THE ADMINS BELIEVE THAT YOU BEEN PUNISHED A LOT SO LETS ADD MORE TIME TO IT"? Please point me to it or Printscreen it for me. and not this because this basicly says that the admin can punish you for his/her own opinion on you.
Punishments are subject to change under an admin's discretion.
I'm making a ban appeal but you won't accept it. If you are trying to make the community better you will notice that the good people normally make ban appeals. and How about the Namenlosetier false forum spam ban?

The admins have taken it upon themselves to notice that you are a repeating offernder, generally, people like that are not "welcomed" onto the server most of the time. I feel what Angel has done is fine, and she also has every right to deny your appeal, because to be honest, what can you promise us (the community, the admins, and the moderators) to guarantee that you'll not do something again? Judging by some of the information provided by the Admins of Serious TTT you are a repeated offender who does not learn from his/her mistakes and you need to take a break from the server to fully understand that you have done wrong mutiple times and that you obviously need to think about your actions and to the things that happen around you.

 

3rd time - Ban 4 weeks, but you had 2 others unanswered report + your history.

As you see, the punishment times are doubling , 1st time 5 days, 2nd time 2 weeks(Ok that's almost triple), 3rd time 4 weeks.

So 4W X 2 X 2 = 16W.

Also, we normally only accept appeals if it is your first offense or if it's an understandable situation. You shot 3 people for no apparent reason & left without answering reports.

I'm going to lock this.

Please use the time to think about what you've done and how to prevent this from happening again when the ban expires.
