Why you should be unbanned:

I was banned for mic spamming when i was not. Osmium was abusing his moderator powers and banned me. I said "boy" and got banned.​

Evidence of Innocence:

If you ask anyone on the server, they will help my cause. Osmium was abusing his power. When someone else mic spammed i laughed, and got a whole round ban. When i said "boy" in the next game, i was banned. I didn't know that saying one harmless word is mic spam​

 

I have seen this and will gather my evidence. Please be patient.

During the time when the server was chaotic. You have made some considerable noises that were screaming in the mic, singing in the mic and making unnecessary noises that players and myself were annoyed. I wasn't picking on you alone as other were mic spamming but you were pushing the mic spam a bit too far. I have missed several instances of you spamming and also you were instigating other players to do same mic spams and harassment towards me.

This behavior you have display in-game is childish, rude and unprecedented. I have followed my protocols and following a gag + warning. Then I did Full round gag and lastly, I've assigned your ban for 'Mic Spamming' on your third offense.

Wrong, nobody in the server found it annoying, and those were just slight instances where it could've been considered mic spam, you went on and banned him for no reason at all, if anyone even spoke in the server YOU gagged them or banned them. multiple witnesses on the server will say the same thing. you were just abusing your power and the whole server knew it.
