Reason For Report:

I was rdmed during a round, Literally walked into a room and the guy was afk (seankmcd) so I just left and when I left he came out and killed me and claimed I had a KOS which had not been called in chat or on voice as @Sharp can back up. Sadly I don't have video evidence of this because I figured it was a simple RDM case and If Loads would have looked back it would be obvious I didn't have a KOS. I asked why Sean wasn't going to be slain and did not get a response, Then the guy left the next round and it was too late.
I don't even care about the RDM as much as I do the fact that if was going to be word vs word or anything of the sort, I think the @Loads O Butter should have actually responded and said something on the matter instead of blatantly ignoring what had happened.
I did look back in chat and saw I was called out at sus, but nothing was ever said about KOS.


If this would have fallen into word vs word, Please someone just tell me. That way I can understand the situation better and so that it won't cause such confusion when action isn't taken in the future.​

He said A kos was called and due to dealing with reports and such i did not respond and frankly didnt see the private msg
Unfortunetly i dont have any way to prove that a kos wasnt called on you unless you have evidance that i dont know of
I am sorry that i did not respond that was not my intention again i didnt see the private msg.

Although i can see kos called in ingame chat i cant look back and hear the kos that where called in audio and frankly there are to many called in one game for me to remember hearing them all.

But the reason he was not slain was simply because this is word vs word unless you have evidance otherwise.

@Sith Master no, I was just in need of an explanation to why it was ignored. I received my answer.

 

After reading through and reviewing this report, I will be marking it invalid. This would be considered word vs word due to a lack of evidence as to whether the kos was called falsely.
