I was killed by the above player on my t round. I asked him for proof using private chat and he sent me this, saying he is hacking.​

Alright, so given the direct nature of hacking evidence, a player stating that they are hacking is not enough proof to get a ban for the offense. Players tend to troll around and joke about hacking quite often, and due to this, I am not able to issue a ban for the allegations of hacking. However, I will now investigate the kill that he made on you, and see if there is any reason for him to have killed you. If so I'll deal the needed punishment for RDM.
