Why should you be unbanned: Today I was playing on the server and ended up RDMing twice. The second time, I had to get up and do something for my mother, so I was gone for a few minutes, and while I was gone failed to respond to a report on me. Because of this, I did not realize that I was to be slayed twice as I was not currently on the server when I was told. When I got back, it was made known to me that I was to be slain twice, so I waited out my first slay and decided that perhaps it would be good for me to get off for the day as I have never been slain twice in one day, and I'd like to remain in fairly good standing with the server, so I waited for the second slay to happen before I disconnected. Now, 6 hours later I decide to rejoin, only to discover that I had been banned for 5 days. I'm quite confused by this, as I did not realize you would have to stay for the entire round that you were slain on to prevent getting banned for RDM+leave.

Evidence of innocence: I am not claiming to be innocent, I just did not realize that if you left AFTER you were slain, but before the round ended, you would be banned for RDM+leave.

Thanks for your time, I just want to get this cleared up so that I can make sure it doesn't happen in the future, as I want to remain in good standing with the server.

 

Sinora banned you for RDM & Leave on the East server, and will respond to your ban appeal as soon as he can. There are 2 other servers to play on in the meantime while you wait for his reply (West and West2).

I would advise that you read our server rules and protocol to prevent further bans in the future: http://www.seriousttt.com/rules

You will notice that below the RDM section the rule reads: "If you're slain for RDM, you have to stay the whole round or it's considered RDM & leave."

 

Okay, thanks for pointing that out. I didn't know you had to stay the whole round, otherwise I would've. Now that I understand that, there's really no reason for me to be unbanned. If Sinora feels like unbanning me, that would be great, however, now that I understand that I am 100% in the wrong, then I'm not requesting to be unbanned any more. I'll be sure to read the rules much closer.

You have been banned for rdm and leave befor, and within a mouth to. As this is your 2nd offence of rdm and leave, I have messed up your ban. As such, you ban will be modified to a 1week 6day ban (since the 1st day of your ban is almost up) and you appeal as been Denied.

Please play on our other servers while you wait out your ban on East.

Yeah, you have to stay throughout the whole round before leaving, otherwise it wouldn't be much of a punishment more then having a Slay in their Stats.
