Reason For Report:

Rdmed me while I was a traitor with no admins on
He had no dna, nor did I shoot/damage him. Made up lies saying I shot him and was blocking the way. Did not shoot him. Even asked him to check the damage log and ignored me. Did not block the doorway either or assisted a traitor.​

Let me go ahead and say this: The guy was standing next to a guy who just started shooting me. He didn't do anything about it, blocked the door and just watched him. I shot them both in the head with a deagle. (I was detective) they were both T's.

The next round he looked at me directly with a shotgun and opened fire, I retaliated with a bullet to his head. Feel free to search for the damage logs.


Honestly man, this is ridiculous... You know why I killed you, you know why you're mad and you know that you're in the wrong.


Edit: He was directly standing adjacent to the other T that I killed and both of them were in the door way.

 

So you said i was blocking the door way and helped a t that way. But how does that make sense? Blocking the door ensures that you dont get hit. It means I will get hit.

We were both in the room with the elevator and the t room. I was standing by the elevator. A gun was between the closing doors of the elevator near the corner , but not in the actual corner, and said: ''Look the gu..''. While some guy was shooting behind me,though I could only see the bullets, in front of the door OUTSIDE the room. Turned around to see what was going on and the shooting ended half a second after I turned around. Then Bobo just shot me later with a 4 second delay. Bobo expected me to ''do something'' in that small time span as he gunned the person down with a deagle.. Meaning 1) was out of sight for the gunner who tried to gun down Bobo and he was out of my sight too 2) didn't have the opportunity to help as the exchange ended abruptly 3) I didn't have the person in FULL sight. . Bobo said I blocked his way. To what? The elevator? There was space enough for him to go to the elevator, but he wasn't intending to go to the elevator. As he stood at one spot. To the door in front of him? I was near the corner of the elevator. Should be enough space for him to go to the door. And if I did block him at the front door then he wouldn't get shot in the first place. I would.

GBA requires the other person to fully witness the act WITHIN REASON. It is not reasonable to expect a person to react faster than death of the gunner done by the one who defended himself. It wouldn't be reasonable to expect much from me in that same situation.
For example. If someone throws a incendiary grenade while being in a big crowd, who sees it, and only one person acted immediately instead of waiting to ask why he threw it. You don't kill the whole crowd instantly. You kill the person throwing the grenade. Why don't you kill the whole crowd? Because it is not reasonable as you can't expect everyone to be fully aware of what is going on or for them to react so quickly.

I did not commit GBA nor did I damage him nor did I block him nor did I help the person killing you.

In our talk I asked: ''What was your reason to kill me?'' You said: ''You shot me''. Now it is me blocking the door and helping a t-buddy? Keep your story straight.
And as for the message you posted. Pls Bobo. Do that in your own report. This is about the report about you rdming me in that certain round.

 

1.) It ensures that you die instead of me, and he didn't aim at you, nor did he shoot you.

2.) He was standing behind you and you were standing infront of him.

3.) When you asked me why I killed you, I thought it was your traitor buddy that asked me the question, which is why I responded with "Because you shot"

4.) The fact that you say that "I knew there wasn't any admins on the server and that's why I shot you." is why I added the quotation of you revenge rdming me.

5.) You were 100% helping him by letting him kill me, you had more than enough time to turn around and kill him.

1). I have no obligation to shield you. He couldn't have aimed towards me as I was out of his sight. In case you didn't know he was outside the room in the hallway in front of the door. The minecraft maps uses cubes for walls. Meaning there are always blind spots as long as the person outside the room isn't stepping in. And it would be obvious why a traitor would be shooting a Detective rather than an innocent. If a traitor kills an innocent rather than a detective. The detective will call you out and people believe the detective. If the Detective dies, the traitor runs away and the innocent calls the traitor out then the traitor can make something up that the innocent killed the detective.

2.) First it's me blocking the doorway. Then it's me standing near to him and then it's me standing in front of my traitor buddy. If I blocked the doorway, you wouldn't have gotten shot. If you meant the elevator then it's a complete lie. You weren't going to the elevator. You didn't even push the button. As I said before there are blindspots in maps with rooms with doors in them.

3.) I reported you immediately after you shot me. My name comes up in the report. A traitor who shoots you first wouldn't report you after you kill him/her for trying to shoot you. You knew fully well it was me you were talking to.

4.) No. That should be in a seperate report. It has nothing to do with my report. Do it in your own report.

5.)I remember you saying you were a semi-professional csgo player. That already means you have a higher standard than me when it comes to reflexes. Remember how quickly you killed me twice? Anyways I'm the slow kind so my standards are below others. However for this it's better to check the damage log since there are time indications.


No more replies please Bobo. Lets the mod look at the damage logs and timer so he can make a verdict out of this.

 

Alright, so the month has changed, and La Vie is no longer with us so I'll handle this as best I can here. The fact that there is no more damage logs to account for this makes this report impossible to handle in the first place, along with no evidence for either claim of revenge RDM or things of that nature. I apologize with how long this took to get handled, and I apologize about how this report is forced to be marked as invalid. Have a good day.
