He RDM'ed a Proven Inno, Lucas(tester and killing a at) STEAM_0:0:157344194. He was walking with a harpoon and Gunerz (STEAM_0:0:157344194) decided to kill him.

and We told him everything and not listening and he said it doesn't matter.​

I'll go ahead and tag @Gunerz for his side of the story and his administrator who will provide the final verdict on this report @Lemon. Please be patient until they both respond.

 

Yes I killed him. It wasn't RDM either. You literally said, "He was walking with a harpoon" if I EVER see someone with a traitor weapon out I am killing them, "proven" or not (unless I see how they got proven before they pull it out). The reason I say that is they could be lying about how they are proven or their T buddies could be lying for them. He said he tested and killed a traitor but that could have been lies as I came down to that area after that stuff allegedly happened. All I saw was a guy in a group of people holding a harpoon and killed him. In the motd it says Having traitorous weapons is a traitorous act so even if I saw him pick it up I could kill him for it much less him having it out. No rules were broken and no RDM was committed either. @Lemon

 

Again, Lucas was proven Inno and he said it. both Tester and Killing a T and has a t weapon from the T he killed , Jaojaov5 and you decided to shoot him. instead of looking at the damage logs. and as you talked to Lucas, you're pretty much doesn't care of what happened. Meaning to say you RDMed a proven inno.

 

I said I don't care if he said he was 'proven' or not because he had a harpoon out.

 

If he was confirmed proven, he can have a T weapon all he wants, as long as he is confirmed proven. If he wasn't confirmed proven, this was not RDM. It's that simple.

Ok I'll say this. Having a T weapon out is a traitorous act. He committed a traitorous act. I killed him. No RDM. It's that simple.

 

Also I never saw him get proven so he isn't proven to me.

 

Although he was proven, you see it or not. Proven people can have a T weapon. They can't be killed for that. In my opinion I find this as an RDM.

 

Since both parties have presented appropriate evidence and we don't want this to escalate, please wait for the final verdict from @Lemon . Thread locked until then.

Having a harpoon out is a Traitorous Act, regardless if the innocent is proven or not. This rule doesn't apply to Detectives, since you are automatically proven innocent once you become one. You also cannot lie about being a Detective since they have their own unique skin. Since Gunerz never saw Lucas get proven innocent, it is very easy for that player to lie about being proven. It also does not matter how many times they are or say they are proven, as it is still a Traitorous Act regardless. With everything said, I will be marking this report invalid since Gunerz was within his right of killing a player for have a T weapon out. Feel free to PM me on the forums for further questions.
