I was muted without warning then banned for 24 hours.​

I tried screenshotting the console in game but i couldn't find them in my computer. If you check the logs you can see what happend. Phiwf muted me for saying "wanna hear a joke?" "women's rights" She muted me for that then when i get unmuted i ask why she muted me. She gives no answer then I said some other thing simmilar to what i said before that. She should have warned me for harassment before giving me a 24 hour ban. Even so i don't see how a cheesey joke like that could be taken as harassment.​

Your first offense:

After you said that, I've already told you not to make inappropriate jokes like that.
Then you follow up with this :

So instead of kicking you, I muted you for one whole round for targeting all the female players in the server at that moment.
After you were unmuted next round, you decided to take it personally

So I banned you for your third offense of harassment.

I'm sorry Harambe, although you are our lord and savior, you did commit these sins for which screenshots have been provided for. I am a witness to proper protocol being followed, that being a warning, round gag, and eventually a ban.

You said "third offense" you muted me then I said it again and you banned me for 24 hours. Show me proof of you telling me not to say innapropriate things in chat. I don't see how me saying the same thing is taking it personal. Obviously I made a cheesy joke but you gave me no warning and even if you did, it's a warning, then kick, not a mute, then ban. If you had told me I was gonna get banned if I made any more jokes I would stop making the jokes. If any other witnesses had screenshots of the full logs it would provide a lot more evidence.

 

I don't see any rule saying "Triggering staff isn't allowed" I see how it could be listed as harassment but even then, as I said you should have given me a verbal warning then kick.

 

Hey there Harambe.

Thanks for reporting Phi, I'll try to keep this short. Phi decided to take action as your comments were extremely distasteful and rude. When a player is punished for harassment they are supposed to be warned, kicked if they continue, and finally banned if they continue harassing for a third time.

In this case, the only problem I see with how Phi handled the situation was her lack of following the aforementioned protocol as she proceeded to warn, mute for a full round, and then ban you. As you can see now, she did not follow our protocol during the middle step. As far as the ban goes though, I see no reason to lift it as you directly decided to make jokes about rape, called players "cucks", and decided to disrespect all the females on the server.

This report will be marked as valid due to her minor mistake and Phi has been reminded what is proper protocol for these sort of situations, but she issued these punishments with the correct mindset and I see no reason to revoke what I deem to be a proper ban.
