Why you should be unbanned:

AcoTaco was abusing powers. Not only that, he had banned me on a false RDM after the person had forgiven me, it was a simple red barrel RDM on the bowling map. Obviously he went out of his way to do this. Total autism. He banned me on Mass RDMx3 even though I had only killed one person (by accident).​

Might I add you were also being extremely toxic, and I saw the entire thing happen. She was within her right to ban you.

The only way I was being toxic was by using autotune over mic chat. Plus Abby that was a joke, no way would I have killed you for no reason-.-

 

Hello LawnMower, thank you for taking the time out of your day to file an appeal.

I will explain to you my reason for the ban as well as the reason why what I did was not abuse of my power in any way.

What you did in this situation would be a kill off suspicion. You thought he was shooting at another player, when he was actually just shooting a barrel. You should be certain where a player is shooting before deciding to open fire on them. Just shooting is not a traitorous act, shooting towards players however is. Since your respond indicated you had killed him off the assumption he was traitor bating, I slayed you for this offense of rdm.

Three rounds later, you rdmed again by shooting an explosive barrel on accident.

Accidental rdm is still considered rdm on these servers. While only one of the players had reported you for the barrel damaging/kill, you had also damaged a detective with the explosion. Thus making it three offenses of rdm.

Since you have a rather clean history, I would unban you if you hadn't been toxic and trollish during your time spent playing. I had to gag you twice for mic spam, warn you for harassing another player, and you became quite toxic once you had been issued punishment for rdming.

I unfortunately cannot find my second screenshot of your second warning for mic spam but I did find what you said to me during your second gag.

Given your poor behavior along with the mass rdm, I will be denying this appeal. Do not worry, you are only banned locally for one day. You can play on any other server you like in the mean time.
