Invalid Report against Phoenix

Reason For Report:

RDM's and then doesn't slay himself for RDMing and goes even further to warn me for insulting him.
This is admin abuse to the first degree.

There was a person KOS'd by a Detective, I shot the person only to be killed by Phoenix within a second after.
This all happend withing a maximum of 3 seconds of time from me shooting the person that was KOS'd and to getting shot by Phoenix, he did not even grant me the time to ID the body of the person I shot to check if inno or traitor, he knew the name of the person and should've known that he was KOS by the detective since it was posted 4 times in a row, which makes it pretty hard to miss.​

Neglectfull admin that tries to avoid slaying him by all means necessarry even by making lame excuses like "not everyone reads chat", which is pretty much the lamest excuse, since not reading is not being exempted from guilt.​

I can attest to this accusation I believ I got killed on the 3rd round? Filed a RDM report right after he shot me on my T round I had not killed anybody just entered the hallway and got shot in the back.

 

i actually witnessed this happen and i found it unfair too

the player that was killed by me was KOS by a detective for killing someone, this person had max 10 health left and only took a single bullet to kill. I was left with absolutely 0 time to even ID the body as Phoenix found it a legit reason to just shoot me even though I acted on a DETECTIVE's KOS order. Phoenix was also running behind this player and knew exactly who I had shot but simply did not care to check if innocent or traitor and just mowed me down without a reason even though I acted on a Detectives KOS

 

Witness and RDMed myself by Pheonix. He avoided slay because the RDMed (me) happened to be a traitor and because he was the mod investigating it...

This was a seperate case and more recent (around 21:23, 4 august)

I will explain what happen that ended with me killing you. What happen was that I saw you killed a player and I responded with shooting you for killing another player.

And I tried to explain to you why I was not slain, as to kill another player is a t act and I can therefor kill you. And I am not required to give you the time to id a person that you have killed.

Nice how you still seem to fail to see that there was a DETECTIVE KOS out on that person, and thus making your point pretty damn invalid.

 

Even if a D kos the player, you still killed another player. Nothing change that fact.

Refer to the traitorous act portion of our MOTD. Here's an image taken directly from it. Take a look at the highlighted portion.



Considering you admitted to shooting towards a player as well as @Phoenix seeing you shoot at the player as shown by her evidence, she had the full rights to kill you regardless of whether the player was KOSed or not. Because you shot towards the player, you committed the traitorous act which is known as "traitor baiting". As my Mod has mentioned, she doesn't have to give you time to ID a body once you're seen shooting a player like that.

Because of this, your report has been found invalid. I also advise you that insulting staff members present doesn't help your case and can only make it worse for you depending on the severity of the insults.
